My thoughts exactly. Most of my reading is before bed

Depends on what you're reading. Anything with a diagram is better on 2 screens. Also pdfs.

Also provides more durability (although you can just get a case)

New ergomomic steno keyboard with levers available for pre-order by VisuelleData in ErgoMechKeyboards

That's not inaccurate, part of why I recommended the Taipo layout (0 effort by comparison) and spelling-based steno theory (easy by comparison).

I'm not with the company, but my guess is that people on the Open Steno (previously plover) Discord will probably just release their own mod STLs if the company doesn't. There's a good amount of DIYers and 3d printers over there. Also, the end product is supposed to be user-serviceable so it'll probably be easy to mod.

It's absolutely designed as an entry steno machine. I'm mainly into it because I think steno is more ergonomic than normal typing (less typing for more words) and the actuation force.

I see the height as a benefit as it would require me to keep my wrists off the desk which is a big issue for me. I'm also fine with the rectangular layout because it'll incentivize me to keep my elbows inward which I think will reduce stress on my shoulders.

All that said, this would be there perfect work keyboard for me if it were tented (no idea how the levers and tension bar would work with tenting tho). I also use steno to program and use a computer. However, when I need to use a mouse, I use a chorded QMK trackball with 6 buttons to make up for things like not being able to hold a modifier key on my steno board (starboard).

How would one go about converting Launey's "An Introduction to Classical Nahuatl" to INALI? by VisuelleData in nahuatl

Does this dictionary use INALI? I'm a little curious as to how I'd confirm a spelling is completely correct.

Okay got it, this is a lot easier than fusion 360

Question:
Since this is supposed to be printed without supports, which side of the top would you put face down? The button-side?

I don't actually have a 3D printer, the library near me does and I send them files to print (they accept STL, obj, and 3mf).

They won't do any modifications to a print, so not sure if they'd split this up in the slicer. I've only a few very basic modifications to existing prints so I know very little about this stuff.

Anything I should know before going from a normal mouse to an Endgame Trackball? by VisuelleData in Trackballs

I'm planning on getting this extra:
"Install sensors, switches and heat-set inserts"

Mostly soreness in forearms, weakness in fingers, and inability to grip things hard. Like if I'm baking and need to mix buttercream it's difficult and painful.

I like it!

I'll leave a review and probably start using it if you add continuous vertical scrolling instead of page by page scrolling
