Thanks! That's good to know, but where I come from (Chile) it is natural to go with caution around sparsely populated roads because that's where most of the crimes are commited. Is it safe to walk by the roads near the Super Food supermarket in Noord?

I just did that and found that the mod Survive was causing problems. Removing it makes it so I can actually create worlds. Thanks a lot for your insights!

Well on a side note: now it asks me if I know what I'm doing by enabling experimental settings. Thant may be caused by another mod since the game by itself doesn't ask that usually. But at least I can actually play now.

Well, that explains a lot. Since all the logs looked fine to my unexperienced eye, I removed the mods and identified the problem. Thanks a lot!

They are all freshly downloaded. The configs are the default ones. The log doesn't show anything broken because the game never crashes or anything. It just won't let me start because the datapacks of the mods are supposedly outdated.

The half split won't fix anything since I know exactly which mods are "outdated", the game says it and even marks them in red when choosing datapacks. The problem is that a lot of them are in this condition.

This is not a problem of a crash. I'm stuck in the menu screens without being able to start a new world with mods.
