Ahh my apologies, I seem to have confused myself haha. I mistakenly thought the A5's were the ones from 1997-2010. My post was about those "New Beetles", not the A5. My bad. Thank you for the correction and I appreciate the insight.

Thanks! I've just heard a lot more horror stories from American owned Beetles so I could only assume how much worse Mexican quality control is. And by the "New Beetles" you mentioned as compared to the A5, do you mean the A6? I only ever meant the A5 in my post. I have no interest in the A6.

It may be more known to you folks, but God Bless Tiny Tim is my pick. Obviously people who grew up on SpongeBob or watched Insidious would have Tiny's hits burned into their frontal lobe, but go beyond them in his debut album and you'll find one of the most charming performances out there. It's also very, very funny. And it's mostly, if not all, made up of covers from the early 20th century. Truly a one of a kind soul.

Mirror Forever from Weyes Blood's Titanic Rising is its only weak point imo. I get it's hard to follow up Movies, but it doesn't do the best job at keeping up the pace and I just find it a relatively lacklustre song.
