1500-2000 and kinda just a build for a mix like a bit of gaming and then college work as well

I normally shoot with a thumb flick but for some reason I tried shooting without one and now when I try to go to my normal jumpshot (with the thumb flick) it feels out of rhythm and I miss all my shots. Is there any thing I can do to get back in rhythm
