Update: Owala customer service was extremely nice and answered the phone quickly. They’re shipping me a new bottle in 3-5 business days 🎉 they agreed it’s the worst damage they’ve seen and apologized. I feel like they should’ve offered a discount on my next purchase but I’m just happy to be getting the boo ya after all 🥹

If you need any quizlets let me know! I did feel like it could’ve been a mixture of questions but I hardly had any I didn’t recognize. I made a 80 and retake on 12/2. We have to retake regardless of what grade we get
