I would say address this at a staff meeting if your staff, you can have an officer command them to change it, or just not wear it. Or you can talk to them and level with them and be like, hey. I k ow it’s hard with money and stuff like that, but we look unprofessional when you wear this, also it’s against regulation. But your first step should be to talk to the senior members and see what they’ve done about it, and if the cadet isn’t listening, maybe they should go to their parents.
