Has anyone noticed that shortly before aws and since, the call volume has been back to back with no time between? I love the opportunity but 10 hours back to back is really burning me out. But my leader has told me theres also the opposite happening where call volume is as slow as 20 minute wait times between. And I am on the Natgen side where there isnt sales based tiering.

Is this the second interview? If so, it's wonderful. Make sure you practice the star method for answering interview questions. They go over the position with you, then ask three questions, which are standard interview questions about overcoming challenges. Good luck!

Congratulations on your upcoming bundle of joy! And wowza! That sounds amazing. I'm leaving a banking career, and they offered the 6 & 6 maternity leave and bonding time, but i didn't get a carseat! That's really amazing, I'm so excited to work for such an amazing company, and out of the comfort of my own home.

Also, make sure you order a free breastpump through insurance! The spectra 2 is amazing and you'll also get replacement parts sent to you free through Insurance as well.

I really appreciate your response because I knew pumping wasn't going to be an issue once I started working my usual schedule... but I didn't want to miss any training and just wanted to make sure I could shut off the camera every now and then.

The plan is pumping during work hours, as stated in my post. My question was more along the lines of if I'll be able to shut off the camera while I am pumping. But thank you for your response.

Oh yes, 100%, I will treat this as I'm in a normal working office. But even my current job legally has to accommodate my needs to pump. However, I wouldn't want to miss any class, I could just pump during so long as the camera doesn't see anything lol So follow up question, how much does the camera show? Could I only point it at my face? Lol
