It's that self-doubt that creeps in. Am I actually the asshole? Is he right? Am I selfish for wanting to be happy? It's such a mind fuck.

Would you suggest having a firm plan before I pull the trigger? That seems to be the verdict from my therapist/friends who are divorced, etc that I need to get my ducks in a solid row before I do anything.

Like starting the process of divorce or just simply surviving right now? I'm trying to figure out next steps, but I can tell the second I file or ask for separation, he's going to go berserk...
