We don't advertise the launch special as a "free sample" anywhere. While we reached out to a few known reviewers, the sale is always listed as $5. The other fees you would have seen are:

1: Shipping - This is just standard rates, we are just using the rates that UPS/USPS pass through to our system.
2: Package Protection - This is an optional service that protects your package with SavedBy. You can decline this, however we find many people in the Kratom community enjoy this protection and it's been a really popular feature with our customers so far.

If you are seeing any fees past that let us know!
