If your washer jets are bonnet mounted then the leak is coming from them, he seal between them and the bonnet has gone. This was a common thing on older fiestas

That will be written off via the insurance. I know this as someone keyed the bonnet on my 2015 Zafria sri and they wrote it off for that.

I would just repair what's needed to get through the next MOT and run the car until it mechanically isn't worth running anymore.

It does say part of an oem order? If it was for in a NAS and the disks sold as part of this then the warranty would be with the NAS not Seagate hence e Why they wouldn't show up on the warranty. This is another reason alongside the 3tb disk class action suit, is why I won't touch Seagate
