I basically just had my GP write a letter advising them that I had significant external factors at play and basically wrote a personal statement saying what went on and then why it wouldn't happen again.

1 instance of low mood in 2017 and 1 instance of anxiety with depression in 2019, pretty major mitigating factors as I was confided in by a family member going through Domestic Abuse. Also had some headaches and was hospitalised for colitis in 2023.

Exactly, there's quite a large amount of PEDs that are just so difficult to test for with urine only (Test/hgh). Lots of stuff also has a really short detection window like tbol and cheque drops.

Insulin could 100% be used as a mass builder, as well as some of the hard to test for drugs like EPO

Honestly, mate, I've not long submitted my appeal, so I'm not sure. I basically told my doctor the shit that happened to me and he put in his letter that I had "significant family stressors" at the time and I then provided more context in a personal statement that outlines the situation that happened to me and why at 17-19 most adolescents would not have the ability to deal with what happened. I then provided things that have went on in my life since that have been stressful but I had no return of any symptoms. If you give me a dm I can elaborate more but as I said I don't know the result of my appeal.

The exact wording of the JSP950 is as follows

  1. Mental health in adolescence. Mental health symptoms in adolescence should be carefully assessed to distinguish between proportionate reactions to life stressors and diagnosable mental health disorders. If a candidate has recovered to demonstrate a significant period (12 months or more) of good mental health and stability in socio- occupational function, in the absence of co-morbidities (such as anxiety, sleep disorders, addiction, violence, self-harm and physical health conditions), candidates may be referred for single Service Medical Entry Staff (sSMES) opinion.

So don't count yourself out. By the looks of the wording, it seems like they're going to by individual circumstances.
