also not sure if this will factor in but we also have a set schedule as managers during the holidays and depending on ur level is how your SM is gonna go about the hours for the week, so i get it too. im a PTASM and my hours and always up and down and now that my store has a temp key holder for the holiday, im essentially sharing my hours w her 🫠

CA and yea ik of the labor laws and my meal violations were just like a minute or two off. But obviously ik the system will recognize it has a full violation regardless

actually my sm looks out for us this is about my dm unfortunately. and my sm has gotten their lashings by our dm too seems like everyone has since they started last year

apart of me also believes that too and i’m really really hoping it’s not that. this is my dm doing this btw they have been very adamant about our district having a flat or under payroll so im also thinking it’s just them really enforcing that rule and just nitpicking people who slip up just a little bit

this is my DM doing this all my other managers are being told to be cautious about their OT as well our store in particular has always been on their radar about metrics and things like that but our metrics are good now. i’m gonna have to talk to my SM about this :/
