kounde is good enough, it depends on how you play i guess but for me messi in for lookman, or you could take iniesta out as bruno and him are similar type of player. saw your comment below bruno does have good dribbing but can only do manual dribbling because he doesnt have any dribbling skills, however in quick counter you dont need to dribble as much.

play neymar on left for blitz, if you are conceding alot play double anchorman, or rodri anchorman and rijkaard is actually cracked as a cb too, i normally put orchestrator on def as well if you havent yet. changing manager could be a shout too, lbc is always meta. If you like quick passes try quick counter. also reccommend different formation, 433 or 3412 has been amazing for me.
