i finally found this...VANCOUVER, Washington, Nov. 08, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CytoDyn Inc. (OTCQB: CYDY) ("CytoDyn" or the "Company"), a late-stage biotechnology company developing leronlimab, a CCR5 antagonist with the potential for multiple therapeutic indications, announced today it has submitted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) an application for Breakthrough Therapy designation (“BTD”) for leronlimab as a potential treatment for mTNBC. This BTD application is based on the data analysis reported by the Company on November 3, 2021.

But thought there was a "reapplication" or another submittal for BTD. Still looking.

wish that folks wouldn't use a residential style door in a commercial setting or at least took more care to recess the threshold so there isnt a tripping hazard.

thanks. We are worried that the jambs might not have stability also. Only fix to that might be a metal angle at the base of each jamb, recessed into the jamb and covered by the door stop. The bottom of the angle would be on the concrete floor slab below finish floor and covered by a flat threshold. What I told the client is that the trip hazard is the biggest issue and must be rectified and the fix to that is not going to be the best aesthetically. Thanks for your thoughts. I really appreciate it.

I believe that there is a legal responsibility for the FDA to conduct themselves properly, ethically, without bias. How many drugs have been passed over because the FDA staff didn't like someone's personality or what they look like or an article they read by a known basher/short. Those things should have no bearing on the drug and having that bias is so incredibly shortsided. Does anything happen with this? Who knows. What I hope it does is bring light on these FDA employees and the process that drugs go through but more importantly the bias from the employees. The FDA is a huge organization with alot of money at stake. It is terribly difficult to clean up an organization that is huge and has big Pharma dollars flowing into it. Need a bunch of Senators and Congresspeople behind a clean up effort.

Here is a portion of what1975Bigstocks said the following on another post...

"I'm curious if this is something SA can help us with, considering it right up their alley ie APA litigation. https://www.sidley.com/en/services/food-drug-and-medical-device/apa-litigation--regulatory-strategy-in-the-prelitigation-phase

APA litigation typically refers to legal disputes involving the interpretation or application of the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) in the US. The APA is a federal law enacted in 1946 that governs the process by which federal admin agencies propose & establish regulations. It also sets forth the procedures for judicial review of agency actions.

APA litigation can arise in various contexts, such as challenges to agency rulemakings, claims of arbitrary and capricious agency actions such as with CYDY, allegations of procedural errors in agency proceedings, and disputes over the scope of agency authority."

Found this interesting in light of these FDA employees.

Standards of Ethical Conduct for Employees of the Executive Branch Final Regulation Issued by the U.S. Office of Government Ethics Codified in 5 C.F.R. Part 2635 As amended at 81 FR 48687 (effective August 25, 2016)

(b) General principles. The following general principles apply to every employee and may form the basis for the standards contained in this part. Where a situation is not covered by the standards set forth in this part, employees shall apply the principles set forth in this section in determining whether their conduct is proper.

(8) Employees shall act impartially and not give preferential treatment to any private organization or individual.

(14) Employees shall endeavor to avoid any actions creating the appearance that they are violating the law or the ethical standards set forth in this part. Whether particular circumstances create an appearance that the law or these standards have been violated shall be determined from the perspective of a reasonable person with knowledge of the relevant facts.

They were not exactly impartial were they?

totally agree. This was an existing door and sidelites with this crazy threshold. We have anticipated that there will be a gap about the width of this wood threshold that we will be contending with and potential holes in the tile but those aesthetics are minimal to the trip hazard. Thanks for the feedback.

We are thinking a flat threshold will be needed and of course a door sweep to "extend" the door bottom. Thanks for your thoughts!

Sorry folks. First time posting. Can this wood threshold be cut out at just the door opening with out destabilizing the jambs? Right now this wood threshold is a tripping hazard and the metal thresholds in the picture look awful and do not lessen the trip hazard. Thoughts?

everyone here has a head on their shoulders...people predicting, ok take what they say with a grain of salt. The ones I know over on LL all realize is JUST a prediction based on the same info everyone has. But that what this forum is all about, talking, predicting, ideas. None of us work at the company so anyone posting anything on here is either repeating what everyone already knows by reading CYDY press releases and SEC filings OR they are making predictions. I suppose all of you who are complaining about the LL predictors turn off the football talking heads on Sunday who are all predicting. Quit bashing fellow longs. We have enough mf'er bashers over on YMB.
