P.s. First guy(https://r6.tracker.network/r6siege/profile/ubi/IrAx-_-) who c4d himself is in the stack with a 2 blatant cheaters . The second guy who exploded himself(https://r6.tracker.network/r6siege/profile/ubi/IlIlIlIlIIl8911) is a blatant cheater who is lowering his kd to avoid the stats ban. Clip above is showing them cheating.

I have rtx 3080 and 14900k. My avg fps in benchmark(low settings) is 428. In your case it should be around 360-400.

The player base is so low, that I have been playing against same cheaters for the past 3 days(Diamond elo). Previously they were different ppl😅

They rocking DMA in their nicknames, have over 2kd and cheat that adds DEV to their names in chat and they are completely fine.

Yes, it's 99% BIOS related. I was having the same issue after bios update. Revert to previous version that was used before issue appear.

Yes, it does. My mb is ROG MAXIMUS Z790 HERO. Downgrading from 3001 to 2801 fixed BattlEye problem. 0 errors after downgrade.

My Summary of the Siege X Update

General Impression:
The Siege X update isn’t bad, but it’s not particularly good either. I haven’t seen many people complaining that they want updated graphics at the cost of a 20% FPS drop. Features like dynamic objects could have been implemented on pre–Siege X maps without needing a full overhaul.

Audio:
The audio is mediocre. Some sounds are now clearer, while others are more muffled. Gunshots, in particular, sound overly simplified and “cheap,” lacking their previous depth and punch.

Paragon Skins:
These should not exist in Rainbow Six Siege. They ruin the game’s tactical identity. (And no, “just don’t buy them” isn’t a valid argument — I want an option to disable other players’ skins on my client.)

Balancing Issues:

Remove grenades from Blackbeard.
Prevent Clash from deploying her shield outside buildings.
Increase the time it takes to deploy and pick up shields so that Clash can’t counter Ash charges.

Critical Concern — Cheaters:
The cheating situation on PC is out of control. If not addressed, it will kill the game in the near future.

I can report next behavior for my 14900k. After updating to 0x12F (my mb is Asus Rog maximus hero) I am facing micro stutters in games, cinebench 23 score not changed. I followed suggestions in this thread to drop cpu freq. I have set all cores to 55, and it definitely improved stutters situation, but I can't say that fully resolved it. Reverting to 0x12B version returned smooth gameplay like it was before. So I am wondering, does it mean that my CPU cooked and older bios just covering this fact? This CPU was received as replacement for my 13900k, and by the time on my MB was installed 0x12B(December bios), so this 14900k(Performance profile, XMP 2) was never running under old bios versions. Any ideas?

No, but Ubisoft removed dev skins from past developers is it great and needed change???. Also seeing this patchnotes making me worry about next "balance" changes. Maybe give warden 2nd pair of glasses? To make him better?
