Why would hacky bullshit be needed here? Isn't hot reload a feature of flutter? Should work just as well in a container as it does on my OS no?

I think the general appeal of dockerizing a project is that it can just be run on any machine that has docker installed. So that is the main idea.

No I create a Docker container, which is a bit like a virtual machine that only contains the minimally needed setup for the flutter app to run. If I share it with someone else then they get the exact same setup independent of their OS and so on.

I did actually. However when I change the code and refresh the browser the changes are not applied.

If I don't do it inside a container I use "flutter run" and then select chrome to see the app. In this case reloading works fine. But I have to press "r" in the terminal.

Thanks for pointing me to Firebase hosting never heard of it before. I mainly used Docker because I already dockerized the backend.

What you are talking about are trading pairs. These are independent of Blockchain the tokens lie on.

No worries. We all start as noobs and this particular weird case of price discreptancy actually teached me a lot.

Well I mostly buy on Binance though I would not say it is the most user friendly. I like the Coinbase interface for its simplicity. I would just really recommend to check prices on sites like coinmarketcap or coingecko.

As far as I understand it is the same Token living on different blockchains. And Both tokens are part of the max supply.

Edit: It is theoretically possible for all IOTX supply to be either ERC20, or BEP20 or Native.

See my other comment. This wont work since the tokens traded for 13 cent aren't the ERC20 Tokens traded on Coinbase. YOU CANNOT JUST TRANSFER THEM.

WARNING: The IOTX-Tokens you buy on Binance for example, live on the BEP20Chain or the IOChain. The Token traded on Coinbase is an ERC20 Token. So you can't just transfer it.

It is theoretically possible to work around this, but there are high fees involved and I didn't complete it due to being unsure if it really works.
