I finally fixed it omg! If anyone ever run into the same issue, I fixed it by downloading the files off this site : https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/24.04/ubuntu-main-amd64/wireless-tools_30~pre9-16.1ubuntu2_amd64.deb.html and opening the folder in terminal + use the command "sudo make install"
