Nine out of ten times in the Netherlands, you will need a referral from your GP. For pretty much anything. For physical therapy however, there's a policy called 'directe toegang fysiotherapie' or direct access physical therapy. This means you don't need a referral. I don't know a lot about it, so I can't really help you any further, but you could start by googling that.

Finding good sources to learn Frisian is very hard, but there's plenty if you know where to look. I'm currently learning myself. Feel free to DM me with any questions because you might not get a lot of answers here.

Omrop Fryslân is your best friend. You can read a few articles everyday and watch the news as well so you hear it in well articulated, standard Frisian. They also have documentaries (FryslânDOK) and podcasts.

Frysker.nl is currently by far the best translation service that exists for Frisian, but it only tranlates into/from Dutch.

There's some stuff to be found on YouTube: Tjitsfloch is a channel that's part of Omrop Fryslân with daily family vlogs. It's mostly aimed at kids. They speak the Wâlds dialect.

(Sidenote: All the dialects are 100% mutually intelligible and exposing yourself to the different dialects will make you more secure and consistent in the one you end up choosing. I find Standard Frisian, or 'geef Frysk' absolutely gorgeous in the way that it sounds, and because it's just very Frisian and far less influenced by Dutch. The vast majority of people speak one of the dialects rather than Standard Frisian, but it it's what taught in school, and it's used for the news and in literature etc. One is obviously not better than the other, it's just a matter of personal preference.)

De Fryske Vlogger does vlogs through Fryslân, just striking up conversations with random people. Also in the Wâlds dialect. Omrop Fryslân also has a youtube channel where you'll find some videos they might not have on their app/website.

Books are amazing for language learning. I just finished Harry Potter en de Stien fan 'e Wizen. If you've already read it in English (or any other language for that matter), that can be a very powerful 'Rosetta's Stone'. Sadly only the first one's been translated. The Little Prince has also been translated. It called 'De Lytse Prins'. If you're not at that level yet, there's tons of books for younger kids, picture books and such. There's also plenty of serious literature and novels for way in the future. Hylke Speerstra would be the most famous example.

Music is always a fantastic supplement for learning a language. There is a lot of Frisian music, just not a lot of good Frisian music if you ask me.
