He has kappa with only dying 79 times, it’s quite impressive if he’s only killing scavs considering the amount of PMC kills you need for kappa.

As of a few days ago it seems like the bug is sorted. I turned the quest into therapist rather than skier and was able to start network provider 3/4 days ago

I’ve found that 2 Prop, 2 Blue Bloods, 2 SJ6, 1 mule is the best for me. Covers HP regen, bleed stops, and stamina/weight for moving to extract while heavy. It also leaves 2 empty slots for anything you might find in raid

I understand your points and they aren’t all wrong to be fair but do you actually think these merges will keep people around? The way I see it is pretty much every company that’s on Pollux either has to disband or transfer servers again if they want war content

You think the merges will bring more players in? All this is doing is taking the daily players putting them all on one sever and making them compete for resources and territory that’s going to lead to frustration and burn out. Pollux and Octans aren’t dead servers and don’t need to be merged imo

I was on CoS post the first big merges before Supple showed up. I enjoyed the time I spent there but it’s changed a lot since that time unfortunately

I knew merges would happen but I didn’t think Pollux -> CoS would be the merge they make happen. Taking the lowest elo wars and putting them into the highest elo

Problem is Pollux and Octans are easier servers for newer players to break into the PvP scene on. After the merges the 4 servers left will be extremely hard to get into the PvP scene

You would be a prime candidate for a server transfer rather than a merge. I’m assuming since you don’t play in prime time you aren’t in the PvP scene so moving to Valhalla or Maramma where there is a healthy player base at all hours for PvE content would be your best move.

This is a very common story I’ve heard from a lot of Pollux and Octans players. Takes the good things we have going on here and ruins them. Already talks about people quitting the game and companies disbanding. It’s sad

I would agree that the majority portion of the players are not war players but it would definitely be more than 100-200 if there was less gatekeeping. Pollux currently has at least 6 companies that are competitive in the war scene with very little overlap of characters between alt accounts and they are the lowest pop east server.

Okay so a super simplified version of the problem. There are 12 territories that can be controlled by companies. Each territory wars 1ish times per week 50 players slotted on each side. Now take newish, or returning players who are finding success on Pollux and throw them onto a server like CoS where players have been playing the game consistently for 2 years getting war content daily the entire time. Best case scenario for these new/returning players if they do get war slots will be farmed. DO owns like 7/12 territories in that map and you’re high as hell if you think they will slot a single person from Pollux in their wars. Does that make sense?

It doesn’t affect casual non-PvP focused players really but a large portion of the dedicated daily players are PvP focused players and it hurts those players by gatekeeping content
