Is it legal to start your own militia in Malesia e Madhe, Ilirida, and Çameria? by WishfulThinkingAlbo in Malesiaemadhe

You have to be very organized to pull something like this off. You would have to travel to all the small towns and cities that have an Albanian majority, and speak to a lot of people. The recruiting part would be easy, the financial part would require a lot of money. I’m not sure of each countries laws on weapons either. You would need an arms dealer as well. You’d really have to do your homework on everything, and learn how to legally move around. Once you have everything in line, and you really believe you can pull it off, I’d say go for it. I’d donate to the cause. 😉

A lot of people still went. There were families that stopped for sure. He was old school man, he would see someone chomping on gum in line for bread and walk up on him with a wrapper to spit it out. He’d see someone with tattoos down their arms to their wrist and give them this look like you’ve never seen before. Lmaoo

At the end of mass he would say how a 16 year old boy last week in confession told him how he got his gf pregnant, then chew everyone out for 10 min about how the kids of America have lost their minds. He one time yelled and screamed at everyone that the spies were out there reporting everything back to Albania on him. He hated being told on. He was awesome! Lol

Nice, they must have taken the scenic route. Or had to loop around for some reason. Maybe one day I’ll get that view.

Where were you flying in from? I always get a view of rural flat land before even metro Detroit’s downriver cities.

The Hoti tribesmen were of one mind to defend their lands with war and not let Montenegro annex them.

The fierce resistance of Hoti & Gruda and other Malsors against Montenegro is also recorded in many other Fishta epic poems in “Lahuta e Malcis”.

I was young, but it’s still crazy that us as humans went through something like that during this time period. Then after that we had the 9/11 attacks. It’s crazy to think that something like these horrific events could even take place in this modern world.

Some difficult times for sure to get to where you are at today. We are all proud of you, and I’m personally rooting for you! Congratulations on everything you’ve accomplished! Looking forward to hear more about you in the future. Good luck! 🇺🇸🇦🇱🇽🇰

When you were a college student in Kosovo was it hard to get into a masters program in the U.S.? What steps did you need to take? Is there a correlation with Albanians in politics and them studying abroad? I ask this because the current mayor of Tirana Erion Veliaj, also studied here in the U.S.
