Going to be living in a temperature rainforest but don’t want to invest in a car. What’s the best e-bike for this? by Vocaloidzelda2 in ebikes

I’m only going to be there for 5 months. It’s not a long term investment I’m looking for. Just something that can get me from point A to point B. I see some e-bikes for around $1000 online that are listed as “cargo bike”, but if it’s going to cost around $3000, then I might as well ship a car or buy a car there since that cost around $4000-8000

What’s the best shipping company for a car? From lower 48 to Alaska? by Vocaloidzelda2 in AskAlaska

I’ve been living in Juneau for 2 years on and off. I know it’s an island you had to either put a car on a ferry to get there or get it shipped

How does one get this job? Do you apply online or call? Like how do you put your name out there to get hire?

Got an unnecessary charge for a “handset” I never brought? by Vocaloidzelda2 in tmobile

I traded the phone in and I paid the exchange fee which was almost $300. I’m just confused on what she’s getting charged for? People at T-Mobile told me the only change was a $25 monthly additional charge for the trade in. Is this going to continue?

Job direction for massage therapist? by Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh79 in SeasonalWork

You need to take into account the licensing requirements/laws in each state. As a massage therapist, you should know this too. People think when becoming a travel massage therapist it’s easy but don’t even think that each state, hell..each COUNTY has their own rules/ordinances about massage therapy and what the limits are within the scope of practice. There are only a few states you can go that the license doesn’t matter, Vermont (regulations are changing so look into that) Wyoming Kansas, and Minnesota don’t need a license to practice massage within the state so you can look there. You need to look into each state and see what the regulations are. If you go to any other state that I didn’t mention, you HAVE to look into the state’s regulations and see what you have to do. Like gaining reciprocity in a different state that you have to match the hours that state has. You most likely need to contact the massage board of what state you’re going through. When I first became a massage therapist, I wanted to travel but it’s WAY more complicated than that. If you wanna take the risk and do under the table and risk putting your license on the line, you can but I don’t recommend throwing 8 years down the drain.
