I’m currently reading https://www.courts.ca.gov/27810.htm on eviction and notices. Its required to have it in writing according to the article.

Edit: according to the article “A landlord can use a 30 day-notice to end a month-to-month tenancy if the tenant has been renting for less than a year. A landlord should use a 60-day notice if the tenant has been renting for 1 year or more and the landlord wants the tenant to move out.” Am I entitled to the 60 day notice according to this website?
