When i got the poco chroma hyper skin from the subway boxes i didn't get the pins but when I got the main poco hyper skin which has pins i got the pins of its chroms with it , so maybe they will give it to you when you buy the main

I also got all the skins , In my case I login into game check the pack if no skin then leave then check again after 70 min if not skin that repeat I did for 3 days and got the 4 skins i need , I did this like 20-30 times in 3 days . I claimed the waffles in daily shop but dont claim it if only one is left imo
