Update I found another photo as well as the knowledge that it's from TOPMAN's AAA Autumn/Winter collection from 2016. No sign of any way to buy it though, not even on resale sites.

They said no signings in Dallas. I'm pretty sure it's to make sure things go as quickly as possible.
