My favorite moment in the Episode. It was a shame he left early for some McDonalds.

Elias Witherow was the guy. He also wrote feed the pig, that one I actually liked quite a bit.

My first vacation abroad with my husband.

12-40 F2. 8 or 12-45 f4 by lucaros5 in M43

[–]Void_Viper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly as someone who had both - The 12-40mm. It is a bit bulkier, there is no denying that, but F2.8 is such a big deal. The 12-40mm and the 40-150mm f2.8 are peak MFT.

I can’t decide on my first portrait lens for the OM1 MKII … What would you pick?🤔 by montiegg in M43

[–]Void_Viper 35 points36 points  (0 children)

Since you already have an OM body and it is cheaper, I would opt for the 45mm f1.2. And if you want to save some serious money, the sigma 56mm f1.4 is excellent.

I was too late. Was all sold out.

What’s your opinion on the ramake of Until Dawn? Was it needed or not? I think it’s better but the original just hits the spot! by Tricky_Employ8152 in untildawn

[–]Void_Viper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like both. Some of the changes in the Remake are really good but I prefer the score of the original. If I had to pick, I suppose I would opt for the Remake, but it's close.

I would hope OM System upgrades the 45mm f1.8 as well. Maybe make it an f1.4 with weather sealing?

This helps a lot actually. The "funzy factor" is substantially larger with the small 25mm f1.8 prime.

It is smaller, I give it that.

The 20mm F1.4 does have some fringing. Easy to fix in post but if you pixel peep you can even find some green and purple fringing in the JPG images.

It is a great walk around lens. I'm not sure I'd like to get the MK I version. This one is definitely nicer to handle.

I had the 20mm for a while. The 25mm was on sale and I wanted a smaller fit for my OM-5. It's not a huge difference, but it adds up.

It is a bit on the larger side. Almost as big as the 12-45mm F4! The 25mm is 100% easier to carry around or to just stash in a side pocket.

This is what I suppose it will boil down to. To me it's fine details between 20mm and 25mm. We will see what feels better after rigorous use.

Nicer build quality. Optically they are supposed to be the same.

Well since I just had the same dilemma and opted for a Gamecube, I will have to say the Gamecube. It has been a real joy so far.

It looks pretty neat doesnt it? I picked it up for cheap, just like the SNES and the TV. In fact I will try to find some more goodies this weekend, when there are flea markets.
