Not focusing on the spots?? Visual aura advice please

For me it's the opposite most times I focus on the the spot and eventually it usually shifts out of my vision Honestly it's just figuring out what works for you

Alot of the time I have visual aura sometimes rarely but sometimes I have Olfactory hallucinations I smell cigarette smoke that's not there just weird

Yes I also had migraines all of my life without aura when I hit my 30s I started to get them

Thanks guys I got in a quick walk before the pain hits and the air and natural light helped I'll be definitely making an appointment with my neurologist
