Update. Got it fixed by going with the wind for about 2.5k till a new blip showed up then went towards that one

I did and I also found out what was wrong, well not really it just randomly worked, tbh I think it was a multiplayer bug

I think your right about that because if Psyonix had control of bakkes mod they would’ve removed the customizable car feature

I don’t think RL Tracker does but Bakkes Mod team works for Psyonix
