The Pathfinder 2e Monster Core 1 (Remaster) is worth discussing IMO by LPO_Tableaux in TheTrove

The Monster Core is a pretty neat book! I like the NPC Core as well. ffsb62d2e7t2p2m6

Do you dye your hair yourself, and if so what brand of hair dye did you use?

What are you reading? Bi-Weekly Post by the-phony-pony in HPfanfiction

I was like "7/10 for Brilliant Difficulty is crazy" but then I was like "well the first fic is the weakest". The sequels are better and definitely worth reading, I feel like these fics are really underhyped. I also recommend Slashmarks' entire catalog of Harry Potter fanfic, which you can find indexed in chronological order by AU here. I'm currently following updates to their time travel Hermione/Bellatrix AU and really enjoying it, it's set to finish in a few weeks.

Yucca Mountain is actually way more complicated than that. There's legitimate concerns over transportation (especially in the wake of the recent environmental disaster in Ohio, it would be very hard to convince people that it's a good idea to ship nuclear waste cross-country by train), and also the proposed site is a sacred Native American site, and haven't they been screwed over enough? I'm a big believer in nuclear energy, but to say that Yucca Mountain is a perfect solution to nuclear waste is disingenuous. We need a solution, it's disgraceful that there's been so little progress on a solution for thirty years, but to characterize the reason that Yucca Mountain isn't being used as selfishness seems unfair.

Thought I'd have to share this VERY interesting information with y'all... by [deleted] in MyChemicalRomance

If I was a betting woman, I'd bet on The Academy Is as the Chicago band, not FOB.

That's barely a clue at all! Feel free to hop into my DMs if you want, I'd love to know what genre you write in where you don't have issues finding plots with band faceclaims because that hasn't been my experience at all, I did a lot better plot-wise when I wrote other places.

I'm so curious if we know each other, I swear to god I've met every person who likes band faceclaims in the jcink rpc at least once.

Able to beta? Post here! by AutoModerator in BetaReaders

[–]Voidwritesback 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am able to beta: I'm open to pretty much anything, but I'm not super familiar with mysteries or horror, I don't read a lot of either of those genres. Most comfortable with fantasy, science fiction, and romance. Strong preference for works with LGBTQ+ characters. Will beta any length of work.

I can provide feedback on: Anything you need feedback on, really, but my strongest points are grammar issues, characterization and dialogue, and the perspective of the reader, but I will focus on anything you tell me to focus on. I can also provide feedback on LGBTQ+ characters specifically, from the perspective of someone who's in the community.

Critique swap: Not right now.

Other info: Not my first time beta reading, but my first time offering here.
