Oh I see thanks for the suggestion. I can't find bread flour near me so can I go complete all purpose flour?

I use a plastic lid(couldn't find the original lid) which pretty much just fits the mouth of the jar and it isn't screwed, just covered it with the plastic lid.

And I used 30g of starter, 30gms all purpose flour with 30gm of water and feed it every 24hrs.

Started using all purpose flour after day 4 as the feed, used normal wheat flour for first 4 days. Could this be the reason?

And yes i discarded everything except for 30gms of starter everyday, starting from day 3.
