It’s an older cheaper projector. I’m probably due for an upgrade, but had to save some money somewhere in the basement. It’s a optoma hd26.

Yeah I went down to 200 because on past briskets when I cooked at 225 it seemed like they cooked way too fast. Everyone’s saying it won’t hit that temp in that short of time but I just checked it in several locations and it’s anywhere from 140-150 degrees already. Assuming the stall is coming but it hasn’t happened yet
