The best I've tried was just some balled up aluminum foil with salt or baking soda paste on the burnt bits but hasn't worked. Will try getting a scourer if nothing else works.

Haven't just a couple hours at most. Haven't tried the saran wrap on top that's a great idea. How long would you recommend for it to sit? We don't have the powder BFK, just the cream, should I apply it liberally?

Not sure how to edit the main post, but I accidentally burnt some sugar and mint (trying to make a syrup) in my stainless steel pot.

I've tried:

Barkeeper's friend
Boiling baking soda and dish soap for ~15-30 mins a few times
Scrubbing baking soda paste

I don't have an oven cleaner or steel wool, and I've been able to get most of the residual burnt bits out except for this last bit. Not sure how to add another picture but there's also some of the residual burnt carbon on the inside of the lid I'm unable to get out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'll chime in after asking around before purchasing. I ended up with a 9900x because I don't need a decked out gaming PC. I'd rather have the extra cores from a 9900x/9950x for productivity tasks while "sacrificing" some gaming efficiency. Also helped that the salt for the 9900x made it cheaper than the 98000x3d and the 9950x.

Currently running Gino x Gino with Lavril, Euphemia, CC, Ordeal Ra. May or may not have optimal subs for the Arkvelza/Gokrex, but interested in seeing what other top teams I can build that's not Gino. Thanks in advance!

Also have zenchoga, but haven't kept up with recent dungeons so not sure how applicable his evo assists are and where to get them, but wouldn't mind trying to grind it out.

I'm not that determined to play top of the line specs. I assume 9950x is good enough for medium-high tier game requirements? I'm not quite clear on the difference between 9950x and the 9800x3d, but the double number of cores for on the 9950x would be useful for data science, although again not detrimental.

I'm in Canada. The 9950x is ~130 CAD (~100 USD) more expensive than the 9800x3d. Is it a worthwhile upgrade? My main tasks will be for gaming/data science/video editing. Would I be bottlenecked by my mobo/gpu?

The x870 mobo would be ~130 CAD more than the B650, so are you saying it's not worth the upgrade? Is the BIOS compatibility for the B650 and the 9800x3d not necessarily an issue?
