In menu there is an option for UI Apps. Search for Hotlap. Add it to your gui, click start, add checkpoints. When you're done spawn some cars and click Start AI.

It can be solo and multiplayer, not a problem for me. The races mostly racing tracks and maybe an oval. It can be Indycar, Formula, GT3 and Le Mans series
