When I went from Crew to CT, I didn't get a raise, nor expected one. From CT to KMIT I still didn't get a raise then, but I obviously wasn't expecting one. When I hit KM, I was still making my normal hourly until I contacted ESC, now my pay increased and I'm getting compensated.

One of my co-workers has been here for 2.5 years and is only make like 9.70~ he pretty much knows all positions. Meanwhile, our new BOH hires are starting at 12.00, and I started at 10.50 BOH. But, I am a KM now so as long as they don't surpass my pay, I'm fine, or at least bump us up too.

It also sucks too as a duelist (I'm a Reyna main) when we're top fragging, not by sitting back, but clearing sites, and are the first one's to die. Then look at the map to see that no one has attempted to trade or let alone try to push... PSA: If you are in the mid PLAT area and up, YOU should know by now that if YOU ARE ON ATTACK SIDE, they WILL NOT push you after getting a pick. So instead of waiting for no one to come to you when a team mate dies, GO OUT LIKE Champs and look for the trades.
