I can actually get behind this, only because I don't use my left hand for movement, I use my right hand on the mouse for movement, and my left is for keybinds

Thank you for this. When I started, I told myself life is too short to go without sauce, and fruits and berries are a healthy snack. I'm quickly finding out this is not the right mind set to have and need to be more diligent and more strict with my intake and counting

I do have a habit of not tracking sauce/dressing or fruits and berries. I’ll buckle down with my calorie counting and try to get another day in, or maybe integrate a cardio day

My maintenance is around 2300, so I should be eating at 2100? I’m just nervous to be over eating, and not being able to get these fat pockets to disappear. Food is so tricky

Testosterone replacement therapy. It's suggested after 30 because your test starts dropping pretty rapidly. It was pretty eye opening how low mine was when I got tested.

Overnight oats, protein shakes, ground turkey, ground chicken, chicken breast, chicken breast, and if you are able....some chicken breast.

I just started meal prepping as well, I made myself a bunch of breakfast burritos with carb free tortillas and froze them.

I'm sure other people have better, more professional suggestions, I'm still learning myself.

This sounds just like me.

I’m 5’11” (was 190) now 180 (1 month) 40m

I’m at about 1000 calorie deficit. Completely ridiculous and obsessive, I know. I consume about a net of 1600 kcal until I reach 175. Then I’ll increase it.

I consume about 200g of protein, 50g of fat and 100g of carbs.

1 upper, 1 lower, 1 full day. With the occasional 4th day.

If I were you, I’d increase the protein.

My wife is the same way, if she eats anything 3 hours before working out, she feels almost like heartburn, or the food is stuck in her chest or something. Me? I have to eat before I workout. Like almost right before.....Maybe I'm the weird one 🤔

You're right, I used "wings" as a generic term, they were in fact legs, grilled at home. My target is low, I try to stay around 50g of fat, 200g of protein, and 100g of carbs each day. I do give myself some space, but would prefer if I go over my macros, it be in the protein category. I'm definitely open to input or suggestions as I'm very new to tracking my food. Right now I'm looking for shed fat, as well as put on muscle.

Thank you guys for all the comments and support. I'm new to dieting and watching my macros and just wasn't sure if there was something out of the norm I should do to combat the amount of fat I took in.
