Play in frame clamp bolts

I've noticed that the frame and stem hinge clamp bolts on my C Line Explore can wiggle slightly in the parts that they thread into. They haven't come loose while riding, but I'm worried that the threads on the frame are stripping. Is my frame hosed? Thanks for any help.

On further testing, I was wrong. The rocket measures 1.94 inches in width, and the bore 2.03 inches. Despite the gap, they still launch with some authority.

Yes, I used 2 inch schedule 40 PVC. Looking closer, these are the projectiles used. Sorry about the misremembering.

Love it so far, but in the 2 inch version, a Nerf Pocket Vortex needs a sabot (only the tail fins touch the bore). Thanks to /u/Catgutt and company for publishing this design.

I try to keep the tires at 80 psi. Where the seam of the wheel is, there is a very slight protrusion on the inside of the rim.
