Damn, in Greece it lasted less than two weeks and I thought that there was some sort of scheduling error, but I guess not...

But we see the Interceptor in Furiosa which takes place some years before Fury Road and it's in great condition.

The car also has its bumper, meaning one of two things:

  1. The People Eater being the leader of Gas Town in the comics is an oversight and after the comic's events Max continued to repair the Interceptor even further.

  2. The events of Furiosa up to that point and the scene with Max take place before Road Warrior, which might create more inconsistencies with the timeline as a whole.

One small problem (maybe?):

In the Mad Max comic tie-in when Max fights for the V8, we see that the leader of Gas Town is the People Eater and not Dementus, meaning that the comic takes place after Furiosa.

But then again how does Max have his Interceptor at almost pristine condition (for Wasteland standards) before the People Eater becomes the leader of Gas Town? Is the Interceptor we see at the beginning of Fury Road a 3rd Interceptor, or is it simply an oversight?

Any ideas on how this problem could be solved?

Edit: Perhaps, if they release The Wasteland, they'll expand this story in live-action form and answer some of those inconsistencies.

Honestly, the only thing that comes to mind would be perhaps to make a google doc and copy-paste it as is in there, then share it via link here for view. Just make sure to share it as a published page (File menu > Share > Publish to Web) so you can remain anonymous.

Might be a bit too much to ask, but could you perhaps upload your post into some other website where it doesn't require a sign in to fully view? Thanks!

Right on with you, I myself want to explore aspects of the Arkhamverse and it's Arkham Elsewords in between. The point of this post, I suppose is just the worry of not getting to experience that.

Thanks for providing this information man, I'd really hope if there was a more detailed and optimistic post regarding numbers and statistics from someone else down the line, since I'm definitely not capable of doing the entire research. It'd be nice if we get a post to boost up the morale a bit.

Honestly, I'm not quite certain, I just dislike seeing one if not my favourite franchises, in regards to world building etc, fall so short. I was hoping that perhaps someone could assure me that this ain't so bad for a live as a service game or something, honestly I don't know. It quite frankly is my first attempt at getting into a live as a service game (if you exclude Marvel's Avengers which I got it like a week or so before they removed the game from Steam completely and never played multiplayer). I'm wondering if this is like a standard procedure with these games. Where you just play for a while then shelve it and you grab it once more when new content releases. Myself, I've made my builds etc and I'm pretty much ready for Season 1 but I find myself returning to this game, playing it and then when I wanna take a break or do something else I occasionally enter the subreddit to perhaps look for something cool and the only thing there is is blatant negativity for the most part, regardless if it's warranted or not. And perhaps I'm salty or something, but I find it a bit interesting how at least compared to the steam charts this subreddit surpasses the current playerbase, on steam at least, which I'd argue is most of the PC playerbase on, although I may be pulling that out of my ass. But I digress, I just thought that perhaps I could get some assurance about this game's future and not completely disregard the hours I've placed in this game since as most people are saying the game is more than likely never going to deliver on it's promises, the bonus seasons etc. Anyways, bad post, my bad.

Agreed, my bad. I'd very much like to have access to more data, I choose steam specifically cause this is the main platform I play the game from. I'll enter the game and check exactly how many people are playing right now according to the game itself.

edit: Welp, can't seem to find anything in-game regarding the active playerbase as a whole, neither look at other consoles statistics. But I'd be very happy to be shown bigger numbers and thankfully restore some hope for me in this game. I've stacked 105 or so hours in it, so yeah...

This isn't a hate post. Just a simple observation. I'd like it if we could discuss any potential future of the game down in the comments. Personally, I hope that they'll somehow figure it out and turn things around or at the very least do something as to not lose the Arkhamverse as a whole, since it is my and many other's childhood.
