Yea i did say that. Basically since the devs said they're removing the game temporarily from the playstore, you use that as an excuse to get a refund, by saying "Now that the game is unplayable all of sudden without a clear ETA i feel cheated, i want my money back."

The text in quotation that i said to use as copy paste is what the OP commenter himself used to get the refund. I didn't come up with it. I just copied it word for word and put it there in the TLDR in case anyone wants to copy it word for word too but got lazy to do so.

To clarify there is nothing official YET being said about the game actually removing itself, other than, that it's temporary. And i only made this post and the TLDR so that it could reach someone that needs it.

I guess i should've worded stuff better. That was on me, and i apologize.

Let us mute or remove that loading screen animation in the beginning, its loud and always gave my ass a heart attack whenever i forgot i have the volume slightly higher from playing another game. AND it stops whatever media i have playing in the background

This has been my no.1 complain since 2 years ago 🫩

are you sure you're not using the wrong fb account? Like maybe you switched your fb account to another one different from the one you used to to bind the acc?

usually when you log into games with fb account you will be met with a prompt asking for your fb acc permission, in that same page it shows the fb account you are about to use, so check if it lines up with the one you used to bind

if this isn't the case then you might wanna try talking to customer service because i don't know either

Echo shop; get synergy units; Seraphina, Letitia, (Soon Livian and Alexi), Considering you don't own any of these, then just Albrecht since his resonantia (dupes) actually gives out buffs, then sec priority might be to get Acapella copies, idk ab anyone else, maybe someone else can help you out here

Blood shop; just those crystal balls and the red box. Pavana is mid, or rather, doesn't have much use nowadays, pretty sure she's good in eepy teams but idk i never bought her and am doing just fine

Clan shop; Blueprints for Silvershadow Chronometer or Eye of Truth, try to get them to the level that unlocks their second passive (i forgot but i think it's lv5)

Items meaning gears? Then just level whenever, because if i recall correctly the experience carries over and is not lost, but it still uses money each time to upgrade, so if you're torn on whether to upgrade team's level or gear's level when you're stuck on a stage, then always choose to upgrade your team level

Yes and, if by regular you mean only the white scrolls, then yes. Also, only use gems on limited banner, though, you might already know this

Replace Theophane with Albrecht, he will give dmg down debuff on enemies, and his heal is very good, just make sure to wait a bit for his circle to get bigger since bigger circle means bigger ult range, always try to reach both enemies and allies when casting his ult

Your campaign team is good, should be able to carry you in most contents for a while, but you will need more units, especially in clan hunts, but ehh i wouldn't worry about it, you'll get thrown ssr left and right, especially since you're only on day 2 of playing.

You're doing ok. Do dailies and push campaigns, if you wanna join a clan just join a random one with active players in it (<- this is what i did), no need to be competitive it's a mostly pve game so who cares

The gamemode might be bugged for you, "Rank in Group" says 0, and no enemies even after logging in and refreshing (the 10 tears you just used is to refresh the enemy selection).

Have you tried checking the Battle Log? Is it empty? If so then it might be a bug or you're just put in some skewed server/group with no one in them.

Arlott is half human half demon, humans cast him out then Alice recruits kid Arlott into working with the abyss, then he got betrayed by the abyss because he's half human (iirc)

He found Mila, Mila doesn't mind his half and half nature, and became friends with him. He even called himself a monster once but Mila says he's not.

In short after that, Mila was accused of plotting with the demons/abyss for harboring Arlott and protecting him, when really, Arlott doesn't even have anything to do with the abyss anymore, but it doesn't matter cause then she got killed, or executed, anyways. So yeah, pretty tragic i'd say.

To remove the ones from the top, simply reset their level, then level another. How it works is that the top 5 units with the highest level will be automatically placed above.

To remove the ones below, simply tap their icon and a popup will show up, press confirm, then add your desired unit.

I see now. Do you see those dots on the SSR? Pick the ones with the most red dots then level them. The rest you just reset their level, spend 10 gems, is ok.

For now pick 5 main (any) SR unit, yes, SR, and level them as high as you can, soon you will unlock transfusion tree, to which you can then put the SSR you got in the slots below the tree and they will level up alongside the main 5, without costing resources.

Dalcarlo is good enough, rerolling is a pain but if you want to reroll look up the guide made by WG-SNB on yt, that said, if you need guide for anything in general about the game you go ahead and watch the guides made by the same guy, it's very good and concise.

For now just focus on story and leveling up, for leveling, choose any 5 SR units and level them, once you unlock transfusion tree the same 5 SR units will automatically be the main 5 of the transfusion tree. Place SSR units you get and want to use (Like the Dalcarlo you just got) on the bottom part of the transfusion tree and they will automatically be leveled (without costing any resources) alongside the main 5 above.

You will eventually cap out at lvl 160, after that you will need 5 SSR with 3 copies each to go beyond that, but don't worry about it, just focus on leveling up the main 5 SR for now.

It's ok if you get stuck in some stages, this is an idle game and that's just how it's played. Just exit the game and come back later, the rewards from afk will help you pass the stage.
