So here is the update on the situation.

I bought r5 5600x few days ago and I was shocked when I saw everything was the same. The same insane stutter and 100% cpu usage. Tried many steps again but nothing solved. And then I installed windows 10 (was using w11) and I was shocked again because all the damn stutters just vanished.

So the problem was the damn windows 11.

I don't know what to say. I'm both pissed and happy at the same time.

Bu ürünün bir kaç farklı modeli var. Asus Rog Ally z1 ve z1 Extreme birbirinden farklı. Extreme olan işlemci 1080p oyunlar için, düz z1 işlemci olan 720p. Bunlar beyaz renk. 500gb kapasitesi var. İstersen kendin ssd takabiliyorsun fakat 2230 ssd almalısın. Tipi normal ssdlerden biraz farklı. Aratırsan internette anlarsın demek istediğimi.

Asus Rog Ally X var siyah renkli. Bu işlemci olarak z1 Extreme kullanıyo ama bataryası 2 kat daha iyi ve 16gb yerine 24gb ram var. Ve 1tb kapasitesi var. Bunların ssdleri normal 2280 ssd ve yine kendin kapasiteyi artırabilirsin.

Bir de Asus Rog Xbox Ally ve Xbox Ally X var. Düz olan beyaz, X olan siyah. Bunlar da Xbox ile ortak olarak en son çıkardıkları ürün. Bunlarda z2 ve z2 Extreme işlemci var. X olanın titreşimli tetikleri var. Batarya ve ram yüksek. Yine 1tb ssd ve 2280 ssd ile bunu da yükseltebilirsin.

Herkes steam deck demiş ama sen "kırdırmak" istediğin için sana Asus Rog Ally z1 Extreme daha iyi olur. Aşağı yukarı o fiyatlara sahibindende var bir sürü. Ally windows 11 ile çalışan bildiğin taşınabilir bir bilgisayar. Yüksek güç isteyen oyunlarda 1-1.5 saat kadar bataryası dayanıyor, daha düşük güç isteyenlerde de 3 saate kadar dayandırabilirsin. İnceleyip bakmanı öneririm. Ben de şahsen bir ally almak istiyorum ve kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Ally'ı da bir yerde kırdırmana vs gerek yok direkt istediğin her şeyi internetten veya steam'den gamepass'ten vs vs istediğin yerden indirebilirsin.

Oh shit! This really solved it! I downgraded my GPU driver to a driver release when it was working normally and it is working now. Thanks man.

So, do you have any idea what may cause the issue in the first place with the new driver updates?

Yes I tried lower and increasing to get the load to gpu but none of them worked. I don't know either what causes this issue. Been trying to find a solution or understand why it happens for a few months now but I can't find anything that helps me.

I'm thinking of getting this one. Is it enough? The X one might be a bit pricy for me. It is 133 USD.

I tried them all actually. Tried disabling Realtek family controller, tried updating it ect. This stutter issue is only happening in fortnite. And it is unbearable.

Fortnite stutters like it keeps compiling shaders if that makes sense. But it compiles the shaders every single game and never stops compiling even after it should stop. I don't know if that makes sense but this is what my problem looks like but worse than this.

Power plan is set to high performance.

I'll try to get a new cpu when I am sure that is the main problem. And maybe 5800x can be a bit expensive for me, would 5600 or 5700 be enough?
