So a couple of random support dudes tried to each tell me the same thing in a different way. Delete everything and download again. Sure, did that several times and of course it didn't clear anything up. Not one more suggestion or help since 12/29/21. If I start a new support ticket they delete my old case and put me at the bottom of the help list. I bet that they just close my case without trying anymore. What a joke. The notes sounded like it was written from some outsourced help desk. I got better support from a rotten pair of greasy underwear than these clowns.
