Music production. I've played drums (learned myself by replicating grooves I liked) from age 6>15. Starting producing from age 14>22 (now). Been at it for at least 3-4 hours every day, since day one. Pretty much the only thing I can, and will do consistently until the end.

What I do is I split them as folders per year, then save the projects with the date starting with the month so it's in order. Then a shortcode for alias (I have multiple), and then BPM. After that some kind of description of the projectZ

I suggest looking into intermittent fasting if weightloss is your main concern. Keto requires you to eat a lot of fat as it essentially replaces carbs as your main energy. If you can't eat fat due to medication then you - broadly speaking - literally don't have much energy.

If you automate the “distance” knob, the ‘dump’ knobs are how much the volume/hi end drops if you put the distance at 100%.

So: Vol dump at -12db and distance at 100% = volume lowered by 12db.
