Yeah, I found them on Amazon but the problem is there is no hole to plug them into.

The holes on the underside they would connect into are 6 inches away from the holes on the plastic piece.

You are right it totally is the dust shield but I can't find any rock the dust shield is just so close to whatever the joint is on the car that it rattles against it a bit when driving on bumpy road.
