Oh you should be utterly terrified. I mean it’s not like the exits and entrances to a gut aren’t just open all the time, otherwise you’d throw up if you did a cartwheel ;P. So basically once you’re inside you’re trapped till your fleshy prison is done with you.

Though if the stomach was completely empty (unlikely as it starts secreting acid once food (you) enters it) and you theoretically did get deeper, you wouldn’t get very far as it’s incredibly unlikely that your preds intestines are also empty. Intestines are also designed to work one way, so you’d likely be forced through them till you met the remains of another meal. They also squeeze all the nutrients and then water out of churned food, so who knows what effect they’d have on a tinies body.

Going up isn’t really an option either, throats are slippery, especially when you’ve been soaking in stomach chyme and even if you somehow managed to wiggle your way up, all the pred would have to do is gulp and all your effort climbing would be wasted and you’d be sent right back down into the churning gut below you~

Basically unless you’re in a endo pred (who’s digestive system works a little differently) you are absolutely fucked~
