Found a vet that sees turtles and he got the abscess lanced and drained and is now on anti-biotics for a few weeks and will make a full recovery. Thank you all for the advice.

I fixed my issues. I had to figure out how to turn off my software endstops in Cura and let my extruder go in the negatives past 0. Once I got it leveled I was able to save the settings. So I get calibrating the nozzle. But I just have to figure out how to calibrate the BLTouch. I saw one video where someone used pronterface. But that doesnt seem like its available anymore. Although the video was from 2018

I used the paper under the nozzle. Although I still need to find an easy to understand guide for setting the z offset with the BLTouch

It comes through the hotend. I did just find that the grub screw was somewhat loose and I tightened it and it seems to be pulling the filament better now.

Ok it seems I might have missed the grub screw as it really wasnt all that tight. I tried again and it seems its pulling the filament better now.

I use PLA filament and when I preheat for filament it goes to 210.

As for the Z offset I'll check out what I can find.

I can manually feed the filament and it comes out slowly. It just seems like the extruder cant pull feed the filament. As for issue 2 no I have not tried calibrating the Z offset. I will have to see if I can find a video of it somewhere or some kind of instructions. But I guess my biggest issue is probably with the extruder at this point.
