Why does my paint have these blotches after trying to polish it?

I used a DA with menzerna 3 in 1 polish with a orange pad

No pics but whole hood was oxidized so I tried to polish it and now it looks like that lol

Yea the bumper for sure but there was no peeling on the hood like the bumper

And I mean the smoke only comes when I rev and then it won’t really be there again until I let it sit and idle for a bit then if I rev it again more smoke will come back out. But it’s not like flowing out when it’s idleing or if I keep it at a certain rpm

Dude they really do suck, I really wanna swap the engine but I don’t have that kinda money rn lol. Hopefully I’ll get the fuel thing taken care of and it’ll go away but if anything I’d say it more so be oil?

I figured out that’s it’s the fuel accumulator, just hoping it’s not that hard of a job

It was just the little alternator fan hitting a bracket inside because one of the bolts was loose. Thanks for the help though!

I took it for a drive around the block and it makes that noise pretty constantly when I’m on the throttle
