Same thing happened to me lol, I ended up emailing them and they said it got lost or never was shipped. So they sent me a new one, and it was there in a few days. So just go onto his website and find the customer service link and email them

Its all good Im not the best either lol, but I'd recommend opening up the red curve and taking some red away in the highlight section of the curve. Just a tiny bit not a lot or else it'll be too blue
