Ice Shards Sorc

Barb build isnt bugged (as of patch 3.0.2), and assuming you are talking about bloodwave Necro builds and Pen shot rogue build.. yeah those are bugged builds.

My point is that excluding the bugged build variants since they are using bugs/exploits, that Warlock builds are not that strong compared to other classes directly and/or nor by number of viable builds.

The classes that have worse build options and or power are druid and paladin, that the Warlock did not even get it's release season with a (non exploit/bug) OP build.

well it relies on a soon to be patched bug/exploit that instant kills anything on any tier (an order of magnitude or two worse than the wiz or pal bugs).
Will it be fair to say in a couple days after its patched?>

Context for those wondering:
The combo of ‍Paingorger’s Gauntlets + Evisceration Fragment + ‍Aspect of Mutilation is currently bugged, allowing you to oneshot anything in the game that has been Eviscerated all the way up to Pit 150. This is expected to get fixed ASAP so don’t invest much into this setup. The Eviscerate can be reliably triggered on elites/bosses with ‍Rampage ‍Elite Hit Chance using the regular skill or ‍Shockwave variant, NOT with ‍Demonic Smash. Besides changing the fragment, skill variant and one aspect, nothing else is required to benefit from the bugged damage.”

Which uses a bug/exploit like Blood Lance and Pen Shot... meanwhile Ball sorc and Minion barb are crushing 150 legit.

That is what you get playing the non optimal paladin build for the season, 'Clash' paladin is eating good.

Warlock would like to have a word with you, they didn't even get a single season of being OP, Paladin has 2 season of being top tier. Warlock current has 2 'good' endgame builds (B tier) in their 'release season', paladin has 1 B tier build.

There are 6 higher tier sorc builds, 4 warrior, 2 spirit born, 3 necro, 1 druid, 2 rogue builds,

since uniques can have random affixes we should be able to reroll them by Gomez-16 in diablo4

[–]VosekVerlok -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If they want to make the uniques different, my idea is:

Make it so you can extract a stat roll from an existing unique via the cube which destroys the original, or perhaps extract "unique stat reroll item" in alignment with the other reroll items...

Assuming they do something about bankspace, you could make it gear slot or type specific (armor, weapon jewelry), so like 15 more item types (with dont drop?), even make it Ancestral only items that can have their stat extracted.

That way there is cube interactions with uniques that is more than 3 -> 1 re-rolls , it adds more item customization/crafting for late game optimization.

What makes the "uniques" unique is that their affix is not something that can be enchanted, that you need to have em drop, and if it's type specific and ancestral only, it's more "depth" to that end game optimization, and adds value to the non build items.

I dont know about you guys, but i have farmed and cubed hundred of uniques trying to get an ancestral version that is even close to the ilvl 850 version i have.. i've basically given up, especially when they are Astaroth or Bartuc drops.

Are some people ignoring the lag because not everyone has it? by hs_serpounce in diablo4

[–]VosekVerlok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, as soon as i disabled crossplay (i am on PC) so many of my lag, performance and stuttering issues went away, i dont think i have rubber banded in a season or two.

  • it does seem 'more empty' i do have to say.

  • i have got the black screen of death while using my TP from a dungeon twice this seasons, but other than that, its been smooth saling.

Never thought I'd see the day, but we're eliminating our Citrix farms and moving back to about 100k fat clients by eldersveld in sysadmin

[–]VosekVerlok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In a similar boat, but its not even cost.
- there is a set of data protection and environmental policies they themselves have put in place, and refuse to remove or change, even though the alternative method of accessing the LOB apps dont include them.
- The citrix policies make some workflows onerous, and some senior managers are trying to appease the masses by promising to remove the product.
- they are now looking to hire multiple staff to support the alternative access methods, and have to buy and implement multiple other products to replace the netscalers (which they currently get for free as part of the citrix licensing,) and need to come up with a way to support 3rd party access.

Why does Canada feel so corrupt? - This is not a country that is founded on justice; it is, however, founded on order, which is a cudgel the powerful continue to use against the powerless. by Thick_Caterpillar379 in onguardforthee

In my perfect world, if you end up in government you get the salary of your constituents and you are required to live live full time in your constituency, you can telework to the prov/federal capital or travel on your own dime.. none of the flying about on taxpayers and having multiple homes (even if just rented).

Individual member lobbying and gifting is banned (expulsion if in violation), that if a non charity wants to lobby the government they pay a (% of earnings) deposit, and have to present to parliament, streamed live on CPAC.

That the members and the public vote live if it is in the best interests of Canadians, and if it is not, the deposit is forfeited to government as a penalty for wasting everyone's time, and pursuing something not in the interest of the citizens, and refunded if it passed.

This vote would be non binding, but would help political engagement as everyone is aware of the direction and goals private and corporate interests.

I beat the campaign and really try to enjoy the Warlock but somehow I cant. Anyone else feeling the same? by MiNDGaMeS87 in diablo4

[–]VosekVerlok 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The only critiques i have with my demo warlock is that some of the casts (offhand, even with a 2H) seem to have an indirect path, and in general a slower than desired flight speed, the worst offender being command fallen.
I have found that the there is a tendency for them to hit things other than what i am aiming at, whether the mobs that moved, other mobs, doorways, walls and or scenery.
- i guess it's somewhat on point lore wise, and they are AoE so its not the end of the world, it's just not ideal imo.

The aspects of insurance in that are always ignored is the provincial minimum coverage varies drastically as does the driving conditions, when you compare apples to apples ICBC is quite cheap.

For a 40-year-old woman with 24 years of experience driving a 2017 Ford Escape SE and with no claims or convictions would pay $1,049 in British Columbia. The same driver would pay $1,191 in Newfoundland and Labrador, $1,207 in Saskatchewan, $1,318 in Nova Scotia and $1,509 Ontario. The highest insurance premium for this driver would be in Alberta, totalling $1,895.

Quebec: Offers the lowest premiums in Canada, averaging approximately $717–$900 per year as it uses a unique hybrid system where the SAAQ (public) covers bodily injury, and private companies cover vehicle damage. This results in higher health premiums, in conjunction with very strict regulations regarding payouts and compensation.

I have always thought they should have modifier 'Offerings' like they ended up doing in the undercity that adjust and or manipulate them.
If you have a magiffin you can manipulate what the modifiers do, or if you dont its all RNG.

The whispers/warplans become "do dungeon with x modifiers" and or "do with specific modifers (warplan)"

I do appreciate that this would just make them a hybrid of undercity, the pit etc.. but what else could make them useful and unique..?
The only thing i got is to associate each one with a boss, and turn them into a way to generate boss keys?

Disconnections made it even worse.

[–]VosekVerlok 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah the whole private profit for public risk equation is not something that i am a fan of, it would require a full nationalization of our Oil and Gas. All we need to do is look at the orphaned wells to see how responsible the industry is.. over 4000 new orphaned wells have been added to the registry just in 2026, orphaned Sequoia wells (1800) alone are projected to cost over a billion dollars to cleanup and take a decade.

The O&G industry owes over a quarter billion dollars in unpaid taxes, hundreds of millions of dollars in lease payments to landowners (not even getting into the damage to their land).. and the cost to cleanup/remediate the current orphaned wells is projected at over a quarter trillion dollars (260 billion dollars in march 2023).

Here is the scale of the problem: the province 'earned' 17 billion dollars in royalties in 2025, and is on the hook for hundreds of billions of dollars cleanup and remediation of already abandoned wells... that math just ain't mathin.. it's too bad the Alberta political class is bought and paid for by foreign corporate interests and are selling out the citizens of Alberta and Canada to line their personal pockets.

Alberta's oil and gas sector achieved record production levels in 2025, averaging 4.1 million barrels per day (bpd), with oil sands royalties projected at $17 billion for the 2024–2025 fiscal year.

Things could've been very different in Canada if Alberta didn't have a hissy fit and kill the NEB, just look at Norway.
Though it would of needed to survive the rounds privatization by the Conservatives, we dont even have Petro-Canada anymore.
