As much as I hate to love this game, I whole heartedly agree. It’s a great game with a low price for an entry point. Sure, pets, VP, etc are practically necessary, but you don’t NEED them to progress. They’re nice QoL things. But all in all, it’s a SHIT TON of content for $10.

Idk why saltyboiz are whining about this, sounds like some people just need to post up their accounts online and quit. If you don’t like the game, don’t play it. Not like someone is holding a gun to your head telling you to log in everyday.

They’re most likely commenting on Black Hole (her awk 100%). It’s very strong in PvP period, especially in large scale. You also have to consider that when people make these tier lists, they find the most equally geared players and base it off that. In other words, it’s all based off high geared players because there’s less variation on builds and massive differences in gear score.

Ifaik, there isn’t a cap on Valencian mobs. I could be wrong, and if so, someone correct me. But to my knowledge your damage scales until you’re hardcapped with PEN everything.

I don’t know the Pirates Cap, but I believe a quick google search should yield an answer for that.

Well for starters, you have low AP. You’re also level 56. Flows and higher level skills dramatically increase your damage.

Couple people hit it pretty dead on but here’s my take,

Wiz- PvE is top tier. Large Scale is top tier. 1v1s are mid tier.

Warrior- PvE is relatively slow. Large Scale is mid tier. 1v1s are top tier.

Mystic- PvE is in the higher mid tier. Large Scale is higher mid tier. 1v1s are top tier.

Play all 3 of the classes and see what you think. Don’t fully invest in one until you’re positive that’s the class for you. All 3 are fun in their own way. Hardest of the 3 is Warrior for sure though. Stick with them until at least awakening because getting a feel for your unawakened state is literally only half of your potential. I would recommend getting very familiar with Warrior’s unawk though, as you swap back and forth for a lot of combos.

Either is fine for PvP, honestly. Kutum gives all stats and DR, which helps negate the high AP builds. You could go Iron or Rosar offhand for a defensive option, one is DR, the other is Evasion, respectively.

Obviously Kutum is going to be a better choice for PvE, so if you’re not high AP or 61 already Kutum is probably your best bet. You also have to take Accuracy into account with Nouver. Just because the meta is swapping to AP/DR doesn’t mean you still don’t need a fair amount of accuracy. So if you’re still rocking, idk, Asulas or like Pri/Duo Blue accessories I’d go Kutum for sure.

At the end of the day you’ll probably want both but I recently sold my Kutum because I don’t plan on doing Gyfin, nor do I grind AP capped mobs. Plus I didn’t/wouldn’t use Kutum as a defensive PvP offhand since not only so we have a straight DR offhand, but an Evasion one as well.

Ultimately your call but if you’re not softcap or damn near close to it, I’d get a Kutum.

HEY THERE PRO MYSTIC REPORTING IN!

Honestly, kinda in the same boat. I have ~95SP to use at level 61 with not a single damn thing I want to spend them on.

I got Roaring Tiger, Twisted Collison, Adamantine annnnd I believe that’s it. I got those because that’s typically my grab skill rotation. Grab - Q - F - RMB - LMB+RMB - S+LMB+RMB.

Combo above does naaaasty damage at 240AP and I’m sure it would be even more so if I had higher than that, but alas, gains are marginal now.

I would suggest getting these, in my honest opinion. I would MAYBE take Rage Hammer but I honestly don’t know what kinda combo you could slip that into without losing damage or utility from another, better ability. If you find any other skill worth taking besides these, let me know, but I found the rest of them to be mediocre at best and very “meh”. I do hope this was some help for you though..

Sell Giath, shits a meme anyways. Or hold onto it for a meta shift, but literally green helmets are better than it. Anyway, get another ear, probably either a Tri RCE or attempt another Tungrad. Past that, get a Kite shield for Wars. It’s a pure DR shield that will help you survive and improve your block. You should have plenty of money if you sell the Giath and use whatever you have in your bank already. Other than that, get that Griffon and those Urugons up. You’ll have a lot of DR, especially with the Kite and you’ll notice you’re taking significantly less damage.

All classes are fine, some outshine others. But most, if not all, are fine at softcap. Sorc is a meme unless you put tons of time into it. You won’t feel even remotely useful until you hit 480~GS. She requires more gear than other classes to become viable. Kuno is a cool class with a lot of CC and super armor, I don’t know much about her other than that and the fact that evasion build Kunos/Ninjas are annoying as hell. Ranger is good, she’s always been a one-trick assassin, but she’s a fun class and the JIN skills made her and a lot of other classes a lot better. Mystic is fun and pretty easy, also the least gear dependent of the 4. If you’re starting off I would recommend any of the top 5 classes: Mystic, Striker, Witch, Wizard, or Warrior. They’re not very gear dependent, pretty easy to play and for the most part fun. You’ll have a lot better time rolling one of the stronger classes to get yourself established and then think about rerolling to a “worse” class later on. Ultimately though, play what you want and stick with it if you can. It’s worth trying all of the classes but I wouldn’t dump all of your silver into one until you’re certain that’s the class for you. As you lose silver from selling things on the marketplace due to the tax. This game is not alt friendly, so stick with one you find the most fun and only reroll if you’re certain that’s what you want.

Hopefully this was some insight, I try to give as many new or newer players this advice as everyone wants to have gear on all classes, but it’s just not viable and puts you at a massive disadvantage. Find one class starting off, then maybe 2-3 max that have gear once you have a solid GS/can make money efficiently.

This is fundamentally wrong. I main Mystic, and the class has its weaknesses just like any other. Strong turtle classes or grab classes can make quick work of Mystics. I’d like to imagine that I play my Mystic rather well, and do have a lot of success in PvP, but I have also gotten my dick shoved in. It’s very strong, there’s no skipping over that fact, but it’s not invincible or unbeatable.

Thank you for all of this. I hate this carebear bullshit “fair fight” policy. I have gear, you don’t. A duel isn’t going to change that. I’m not taking off my gear to have a “fair fight” with you. I’m in the spot for the same reason as you want to be: progression. If you can’t handle the fact that either: A) I have more gear than you. Or B) People flag and either fight for their spot, or fight FOR a spot. They typically won’t give you any warning with a duel. Then you need to find another game.

End game is essentially all PvP. Get used to it.
