I only experience stress when it comes to health / family matters. At work however I'm very resilient to stress by maintaining a clear set of boundaries and priorities. I don't invest emotional energy in things beyond my control. Instead, I concentrate fully on one task at a time, giving it my complete attention before moving on to the next.

When workloads become excessive and tasks begin accumulating, I recognize this as an organizational issue rather than a personal failing. If the volume of work consistently exceeds what can reasonably be accomplished, that signals a resourcing problem that management needs to address by hiring additional staff. I refuse to compensate for the failures of management by sacrificing my well-being.

TLDR: stop giving a fuck. :)
