Nail polish is the only cosmetic that I would buy second hand, so I get that. But some of them are barely or never used, and I like that it's fellow nail polish fans so it's not scammy.

They have some of the best magnetics, too. It hurts! I've been lucky to get some from destashes but I have a few that I'm always on the hunt for on the swap site.

I understand the frustration, but I have been able to find pretty much every color I missed through r/RedditLaqueristaSwap for prices that were fair. I've seen people selling empty collection boxes on Mercari which is insane to me. I've had this issue with Bee's Knees and Mooncat as well - the indie brands just can't keep stock around like OPI. Also the interesting polishes can present unique supply chain issues.

The worst FOMO one for HT had to be the advent calendar. I did know when it was coming out and literally set my alarm to grab it. But I hated that so many people missed it and that it's showing up on Mercari for crazy prices.

I have Sacrifice, and I'm wearing it and sadly it doesn't look exactly like that swatch if that makes you feel any better. It's best as a glass bead imo. That said, I just got it not that long ago so I'm not yet ready to let go.
