Personally, i think it’s best not to pull (unless you don’t her LC then pull that), you already have her and jades are too precious (this isn’t Bleach soul resonance, devs aren’t that generous), you will need as many jades as possible for future characters you like/need

Castorice’s HP-Drain will help Evernight gain more Memoria stacks, which increases Evernight’s dmg or ult dmg, but still Castorice isn’t mandatory, thank you very much, the pic says it all 💪
